Terms

General terms of service

The terms for every Reachify project and monthly service: quotes and payment, what we need from you, changes, cancellation, ownership and what happens if you leave.

Last updated: 29 September 2026

These terms apply to the services that Reachify Oy, Helsinki, Finland (“Reachify”, “we”) provides to business clients (“you”). They are part of every order and quote. If a written quote says something different, the quote applies to that project. Our services are for businesses, not consumers.

01Quotes and scope

  • Every project starts with a written quote or order confirmation that lists what is included, the price and the schedule.
  • Work that isn’t in the quote is a change request. We tell you the price before we start, and nothing extra is billed without your approval.

02Prices and payment

Prices on our website exclude VAT (alv 0 %). VAT is added to the invoice at the rate in force.

“From” prices are starting points. The binding price is the one in your written quote.

  • One-time projects: 50% when you order and 50% at launch.
  • Monthly services: invoiced monthly.
  • Payment term: 14 days net.
  • Late payment: interest under the Finnish Interest Act (633/1982), plus a reminder fee and collection costs as permitted by law.
  • If an invoice is more than 30 days overdue, we may pause the service after telling you in writing.

03Your part

  • You give us the content, access and approvals we need, on time.
  • If we don’t receive your content within 10 working days of the agreed date, we launch with the draft content and add the rest later as edits.
  • You confirm that you have the rights to the photos, logos and texts you give us, and permission from anyone who can be identified in the photos.
  • You follow Google’s review policies: no rewards for reviews, no filtering and no pressure.

04Schedule, revisions and extra work

One-page websites go live within 7 working days of us receiving your content and access. Larger projects follow the schedule in the quote.

Every project includes two rounds of changes. Further changes are billed at €90/h in 15-minute steps, and we quote them before we start.

05Monthly services and cancellation

Monthly services (hosting and care plans, Google Business Profile management, retainers and content updates) run month to month. You can cancel at any time in writing, and email is enough. The service ends at the end of the month in which you cancel, and no further months are invoiced.

Unused edit time in care plans does not roll over to the next month.

We may end a monthly service with one month’s notice, or immediately if you seriously breach these terms, for example by not paying.

06Ownership and licences

  • You own your domain, your content, your Google Business Profile and the finished website.
  • Domains we register for you are registered in your company’s name.
  • We keep ownership of our own templates, code and tools. You get a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use them as part of your website, including after you stop working with us.

07If you leave

When you cancel, we confirm it in writing and hand everything over within 10 working days: control of the domain, the website files or a static export, access to your Google Business Profile and access to analytics.

Your NFC plaques point to a short link we manage. After you leave, the link keeps working for at least 24 months at no cost, or we reprogram the plaques to point directly to Google, whichever you prefer.

08No guaranteed results

Search rankings, reviews, ratings and customer numbers depend on Google, other platforms and your customers, not on us, so we don’t guarantee them. We guarantee the agreed work, the agreed schedule and, on monthly services, a monthly report.

09Reviews and AI

We never buy, filter, reward or write reviews, and we won’t do so on request. We use AI to draft posts and review replies. A person checks every one before it is published, and you approve replies to negative reviews.

10Third-party services

Our work relies on other services, such as Google Business Profile, hosting providers and booking systems. We are not responsible for their changes, outages, account suspensions or policy decisions, but we will help you deal with them.

11Liability

  • Each party is liable for direct damage it causes by breaching these terms.
  • Neither party is liable for indirect damage, such as lost profit, lost revenue or lost data, unless it was caused intentionally or through gross negligence.
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months before the event that caused the damage.
  • Claims must be made in writing within six months of when you noticed the problem, or should have noticed it.

12Personal data

When we process personal data on your behalf, our Data Processing Agreement applies. How we handle personal data for our own purposes is described in our Privacy Notice.

13Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For ongoing services, changes take effect 30 days after we tell you about them by email. If you don’t accept a change, you can cancel before it takes effect.

14Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Finnish law. We will first try to settle any disagreement by negotiation. If that fails, disputes are resolved by the Helsinki District Court.

These terms are available in Finnish and English. If the versions differ, the Finnish version applies.
