We come to your premises, program the plaque to your Google review form, place it where customers pay or wait, and test it with both iPhone and Android. Then we spend ten minutes with your staff on Google’s review rules.
Google doesn’t allow asking for a particular rating, so our plaques use neutral wording and no star graphics. The plaques use NFC only: a customer taps the plaque with a phone and the review form opens.

Google’s review rules
Google’s review rules are strict. Breaking them can get reviews removed or your profile restricted, so we go through them with your team when we install the plaques.
We follow Google’s review rules: no rewards, no filtering, no pressure, no quotas. Every customer is asked the same way.

We find your Google review link and set up the short link your plaques will point to.
We place the plaques where customers pay or wait. It takes about 30 minutes.
We tap every plaque with an iPhone and an Android phone and check that your review form opens.

No. Tapping the plaque opens your Google review form in the phone’s browser. iPhones (XS and newer) read NFC plaques without an app, and so do most Android phones when NFC is switched on.
Some Android phones have NFC switched off, and some older phones can’t read NFC at all. For those customers you can share your review link on receipts or in a message after the visit. We give you the link.
Where customers pay or wait: next to the card terminal, on the counter or at reception. We suggest spots during the visit, based on how customers move through your premises.
Because the plaques point to a short link we manage, we can change where they lead without touching the plaque. A replacement plaque costs €27.
No. Google doesn’t allow asking only satisfied customers, or sending unhappy ones somewhere else. Ask everyone the same way. That is also what makes your rating believable.
