One page, sent in the first five working days of each month to every client on a monthly service:

How we use AI

We use AI to draft posts and review replies. A person checks and approves every one before it’s published. Replies to negative reviews are approved by you.

Google’s review rules

We follow Google’s review rules: no rewards, no filtering, no pressure, no quotas. Every customer is asked the same way.

How soon will I see results?

The plaques work from the day they’re installed, but how many reviews you get depends on how many customers you have and what they think of their visit. Changes to your Google profile and website usually take a few weeks to a few months to show in search, because Google has to crawl them again. Your monthly report shows what is actually changing.

What do you control, and what does Google control?

We control your website, its content and structure, the structured data, how complete your Google Business Profile is, and how easy it is to leave a review. We don’t control Google’s rankings, how quickly Google re-crawls your site, or what customers write. That’s why we promise the work and the reporting, not positions.

Do I have to buy everything at once?

No. You can start with review plaques and a profile clean-up, for example, and add a website or SEO work later. Package prices apply when the services are ordered together. Single services can be added at any time at list price.

What is GEO?

GEO (generative engine optimization) means making sure AI assistants such as Google’s AI answers, ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity can describe your business correctly. They rely on the same things as normal search: clear, consistent business details, real text instead of PDFs, structured data and recent reviews. The same work helps with both.

Can you improve my current website?

Usually, yes. SEO + GEO optimization improves the site you already have. If it’s too slow or outdated to fix at a sensible cost, we’ll tell you and quote a new site instead.

What happened to Questions & Answers on Google?

Google has phased out the Q&A section on business profiles. Customers now ask Google’s AI in Maps (Ask Maps) instead, and it answers from your profile, website and reviews. That’s why we keep your profile complete and your website clear.
