Copyright notices

If you believe material on our site, or on a client site we host, infringes your copyright, tell us and we will act quickly.

Last updated: 29 September 2026

We handle notices of copyright infringement in line with Finnish copyright law and the EU Digital Services Act and, where it applies, the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

01What this covers

This covers material on reachify.cloud, on client websites we host, and content we publish for clients, such as photos, texts, menus and logos. Clients are responsible for having the rights to the material they give us.

02How to send a notice

Email dmca@reachify.cloud with the subject “Copyright notice” and include:

  • the work you believe has been infringed
  • the address (URL) of the material, or a description precise enough for us to find it
  • your name, address, phone number and email
  • a statement that you believe in good faith that the use isn’t authorised by the rights holder or by law
  • a statement that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or act on their behalf
  • your signature (a typed name is enough in an email)

03What we do

When we receive a complete notice, we remove the material or block access to it, normally within five working days, and tell the client concerned. Removing material is not an admission of liability.

04Counter-notice

If your material was removed by mistake, you can send a counter-notice to the same address, with the same details and an explanation. If the person who sent the original notice doesn’t tell us within 10 working days that they have started court proceedings, we may restore the material.

05Repeated infringement

We may end the service of a client who repeatedly infringes copyright.

06Other rights

Notices about trademarks and other intellectual property rights follow the same process. Use the subject “IP notice”.
