How Reachify Oy handles personal data: what we collect about businesses we contact, our clients and visitors to this site, why, how long we keep it, and your rights.

This notice explains how Reachify Oy handles personal data. It covers three groups of people: businesses we may contact about our services, our clients, and visitors to this website.

Our hosting provider also keeps short-term server logs (IP address, time and page requested) for security and troubleshooting. Logs are kept only as long as those purposes require.
We don’t sell personal data, we don’t use it for automated decisions with legal effects, and this website doesn’t use tracking or advertising cookies.
03If we contact you about our services
We contact businesses whose details are publicly available, about services that relate to their business. Every message says who we are and how to opt out.
To stop hearing from us, reply “ei kiitos” (no thanks) or email privacy@reachify.cloud. We stop straight away and keep only what we need to respect your choice.
04Who we share data with
We use service providers (sub-processors) for things like hosting, email and accounting. They process data only on our instructions. The current list, with locations, is on our Sub-processors page.
We disclose data to authorities only when the law requires it.
05Transfers outside the EU and EEA
Where a provider processes data outside the EU or EEA, the transfer is based on an adequacy decision of the European Commission or on the Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
06Data we process for our clients
When we handle personal data on a client’s behalf, for example messages sent through a form on the client’s website or reviews on their Google profile, the client is the controller and we act as processor. Our Data Processing Agreement applies.
07Your rights
- Access: ask what data we hold about you and get a copy.
- Rectification: have inaccurate data corrected.
- Erasure: have your data deleted when there is no longer a reason to keep it.
- Restriction: ask us to limit how we use your data.
- Objection: object at any time to processing based on legitimate interest, including direct marketing.
- Portability: receive the data you gave us under a contract in a machine-readable format.
Send requests to privacy@reachify.cloud. We reply within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).
08Security
We protect personal data with access control, least-privilege access and encrypted connections. Everyone who handles the data is bound by confidentiality.
09Changes
If we change this notice, we update the date at the top of the page. We also announce significant changes on this page.
